Your AI Roadmap: from curiosity to clarity

What is AI Readiness?

Every organization knows AI is changing how work gets done. However, it's hard to cut through the hype and know if you are set up to use it, or just hoping for results.

AI readiness is about defining the strategy, structure, and skills that will help your organization adopt AI in a way that works and lasts.

Most organizations that struggle with AI don't have a problem with the foundation. They jumped into tools and use cases before defining a goal, gave people access without training, or skipped the governance conversation and hoped nothing would go wrong.

The organizations that succeed tend to have 10 things in common, and that's exactly what this assessment measures.

How do we start using AI?

That's the big question that everyone is asking right now, and Oplos Consulting is here to help you answer it.

I'm Andrew Mitchell, CEO and Founder of Oplos Consulting.

I help small and mid-sized businesses use AI to save time, save money, and grow. I bring the same rigor I used to apply to Fortune 500 transformations as a management consultant, tailored to organizations where every dollar and every decision counts.

As a change management expert, I have seen time and again that rolling out new tools without the right readiness plan is a recipe for disaster (or at least indifference).

I built the AI Readiness Blueprint to give you a quick, practical way to see if your organization is ready to go beyond the hype and get real results with AI.

FAQs

Who is this assessment for?

Business owners and senior leaders who are thinking about AI but aren't sure if their organization is set up to adopt it well. It's especially useful if you're in a leadership role and trying to figure out where to start, or where to focus next.

What kind of results will I get?

You'll receive a personalized report that includes your overall readiness score (out of 100%), feedback on each question you answered "no" to with specific next steps, and reinforcement on each area where you're already on track.

Do I need to be technically-inclined to take this?

Not at all. The questions are about organizational readiness, things like strategy, governance, people, and process, not about technical infrastructure. If you can answer whether your organization has done something or hasn't, you can take this assessment.

I scored really low, should I be worried?

Not at all. Most organizations are early in this journey, and a low score doesn't mean you're behind. It simply means you now know exactly where to start. That clarity is the whole point.

Is this actually free?

Yes. No credit card, no paywall, no catch. The only thing you need to provide is your email so we can send you a link to your results. If you'd like to go deeper, you can book a free 30-minute consultation to walk through your results, but that's entirely optional.

What happens with my information?

Your responses are used to generate your personalized results. We don't share your information with third parties. You might receive an occasional invite to a free webinar, but there is no email campaign, or spamming your inbox.
